Warranty & Returns

This Warranty covers replacement of defective materials and workmanship only and will only cover shipping charges,  transport to and from the warehouse or authorized service centre.

CMT Sieves reserves the right to void this warranty if inspection shows evidence of abuse, misuse or unauthorized repair.

CMT Sieves will replace, free of charge, any-part found to be defective upon recipt of the goods.

CMT Sieves' liability is in all cases limited to the replacement price of its products.  CMT Sieves shall not be liable for any other damages, whether consequential, indirect, or incidental arising from use of its product. 

If return of the product is necessary, please include return shipping directions, contact name, phone and fax numbers and a description of the action needed.  

You must notify our sales department within 48 hours of your purchase being signed for, we'll then give you a return form and warranty ID number, and organise replacement of the item(s).

 

Returns

We do not offer a "Refund" service if you change your mind, so please choose and be 100% sure of the product you require.

If you do not want the item(s) you order, we will arrange a store credit, less any re-stocking and delivery fees.

In the event you ordered the wrong size, we will exchange with the correct sizing.  However, the we will only be obliged to exchange returned goods if they are in “as new” condition.  You must notify our sales department within 48 hours of your purchase being signed for, then we'll give you a return form and warranty ID number, and organise replacement of the item(s).  Otherwise, no goods are eligible for exchange when more than 2 business days have passed since the items delivery date.

The Seller reserves the right to charge a Restocking Fee.  Products specifically purchased, manufactured, machined or cut to size to the Buyer’s specifications are not returnable.  Non-stocked goods (eg. specific ordered in load cells) are not eligible for return. The seller is not liable for any freight charges for the return of goods unless they are covered under warranty.

- Each product must be returned unused, in original condition and inside its original packaging. 

- Please do not return any goods prior to emailing us with specifics regarding the problem. Do not send returns to our office address. This is the incorrect address & additional shipping charges will apply to your order if goods are returned here without authorisation. 

- Once we have received your email, we will provide you with a warranty ID number and a return form.  Authorised returns must be freight prepaid unless under warranty

- Once the returned goods have been checked by our warehouse team, we will issue in the way of a store credit, the amount you paid for the item(s) less any restocking fees. We will advise the refund amount at the time of your exchange/return request. For purchases that were originally shipped free by us, your refund will be less the shipping charges in both directions.
